By accessing and using the services of InDesign Graphics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
InDesign Graphics provides professional printing and graphic design services including, but not limited to:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by InDesign Graphics. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing: Prices are quoted based on the specifications provided at the time of quotation. Any changes to specifications may result in price adjustments.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved credit accounts.
Client Supplied Files: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all supplied artwork is print-ready and meets our technical specifications. We are not liable for errors in client-supplied files.
Proofs: Digital proofs will be provided for approval before production. It is the client's responsibility to carefully review proofs for errors. Once approved, InDesign Graphics is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Color Matching: While we strive for color accuracy, digital proofs are not exact representations of the final printed product. Color variations may occur due to monitor calibration and printing processes.
Standard turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Turnaround time begins when final approval is received and payment arrangements are confirmed.
Rush services are available for an additional fee. We will make every effort to meet requested deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Clients warrant that they own or have permission to use all content provided for printing.InDesign Graphics is not responsible for copyright infringement claims arising from client-supplied materials.
All original design work created by InDesign Graphics remains our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, usage rights are transferred to the client for the agreed-upon purpose.
Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the finished product, we will reprint the job at no additional charge, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of reprinting the job. We are not liable for consequential damages or losses arising from errors or delays.
Overruns and Underruns: Industry standard allows for up to 10% variance in quantity ordered. You will only be charged for the actual quantity delivered.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation fees will apply to cover costs incurred.
Custom or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are non-refundable.
Digital files and materials will be stored for a period of 90 days after job completion. After this period, files may be deleted without notice. It is the client's responsibility to maintain backup copies of all materials.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
